Unit Wings

There are three wings of separated but connected units, each featuring a lounge, kitchenette and bedroom with ensuite. Centre to the three wings are common areas consisting of two lounges, a newly modelled kitchen, dining room, sun room and office. The units are connected to the common areas with interior passages, walkways and courtyards creating an apartment style environment.

Amenities, Units and Common Areas

The combination of common areas and separate units means that residents can enjoy each other’s company but also have total privacy when desired. Features include a distinctive circular entrance hall, large atrium and several small interior planted courtyards.

Rent at Quinlan Court covers power, heating, phone and some furnishings, plus services including a cooked midday dinner. Provisions are also available for breakfast and a light evening meal which residents have in their own units.

We have a library and exercise group which I enjoy. At lunch time I sit at a different table to mix around and get to know others better.
